Job summary

COACH South East Asia is seeking a Store Supervisor in Malaysia to drive store productivity and profitability. You will lead by example, set the tone for the team, and deliver exceptional service while collaborating with the brand director to execute sales strategies.

You will oversee the in-store service environment, provide ongoing feedback on service behaviors, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth store execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in the retail or service industry.
• Experience in working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Primary Purpose

As the Store Supervisor, you demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the brand director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

You will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and provide feedback to their team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable stores that exceed Coach service expectations.
