Job summary

FamilyMart is recruiting a Store Supervisor for our Anggun City Caltex location. The role requires overseeing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and inventory control. You will lead staff to deliver friendly, efficient service and uphold store presentation.

Applicants should have SPM or equivalent, strong BM and English communication, and 1–2 years in retail or customer service. Shift work including weekends is required, with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an SPM or equivalent.
• Clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Prefer 1–2 years in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
• Forecast, plan, order and stock merchandise to ensure stock availability at all times.
• Oversee staff to achieve objectives in retail operations.
• Promote professionalism of staff in retail operations.
• Guide and ensure the system for overall store activities is in order.
• Deputies to manage store in the absence of Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
