Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is seeking a Store Person-In-Charge to lead a store team and ensure smooth daily operations in Kulai, Malaysia. The role requires you to manage stock, staff, and customer service while upholding store standards.

You will handle stock receiving, scheduling, KPI monitoring, FIFO stock methods, and cash handling. Prior PIC experience in retail is an advantage; English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: SPM, Diploma or Degree.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in managing a store team and operations.
• Familiar with stock receiving, FIFO, and inventory controls.
• Experience as PIC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Stock receiving and stock adjustments with proper documentation.
• Oversee staff scheduling, KPI monitoring, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage daily store operations, supplier deliveries, and damaged goods.
• Maintain store maintenance, safety equipment, and cleanliness.
• Handle cash management and daily sales reporting.
