Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia in Sri Gading, Johor, seeks a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities and staff. You will manage stock, sales targets, and customer service, ensuring efficient operations and accurate reporting.

Requirements include SPm/Diploma/Degree, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong staff management skills. Experience as PIC is a plus; the role is based on-site at Eco-Shop in Johor.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least an SPm/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skilled in staff management.
• Familiar with operational processes, such as work scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience as a Person-In-Charge (PIC) in previous employment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update GTN in advance to ensure accurate stock management.
• Record product issues with stock adjustments and verify quantity changes via transfer notes.
• Follow FIFO for stock storage and report issues to Area/Assistant Area Manager.
• Oversee staff scheduling, monitor KPIs, and address disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate staff overtime and assist in recruitment reporting to Area Manager.
• Lead a team of up to 10 employees.
