Job summary

KK SUPER MART Shah Alam is seeking a Shop Assistant to receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and to manage inventory and merchandise handling. You will maintain store cleanliness and operate all equipment per company procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Having your own transportation is preferred and prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
