Job summary

KK Super Mart Shah Alam is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and to manage inventory and merchandise. You will keep the store clean, operate all equipment safely, and ensure the protection of assets while delivering courteous customer service.

Applicants should have SPM or diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus, with 1–3 years of retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience; supervisory preferred.
Education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory and merchandising.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the store.
Operate and handle store equipment per procedures.
Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when needed.
Uphold KK Super Mart’s image and reputation at all times.
