Job summary

KK SUPER MART Banting is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and manage stock and merchandise. This role also supports store operations and customer service, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate should have SPM or Diploma, with a Bachelor's degree a plus, and prior retail experience preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with own transportation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods, and handle inventory tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all store equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
