Job summary

Freshlybaked is recruiting four Store Managers for Melaka and Kluang. You will oversee daily operations, lead the retail team, and drive sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires supervising staff, managing inventory and ensuring strong service standards across locations. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in retail or related fields, with prior supervisory experience and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Previous supervisory or store management experience.
• Experience managing employees, inventory, cash and work schedules.
• Background in footwear, fashion, apparel, sports or lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
