Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Acts as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports store operations.
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to boost store performance.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, and training as needed and ensures policy compliance.
