Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Terengganu, Malaysia. You will maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying Coach values.

You will support store operations, assist in recruiting and training as needed, and help foster an inclusive team culture. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail leadership experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 25 pounds and, at times, up to 50 pounds for props or fixtures.

• Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and in district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
