Job summary

Pensonic Holdings Berhad seeks a detail‑oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Penang. You will prepare and maintain warehouse documents, update stock records, assist stock counts, and ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound transactions.

You will also file and organize records, perform data entry, and assist with inventory reconciliations under supervision.

• Support daily warehouse operations
• Handle date entry for inbound and outbound transactions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all warehouse documentation
• Assist in others administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

• 1. Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as delivery order, goods received notes and stock transfer form.
• 2. Update and monitor stock records in the system.
• 3. Assist in stock count and inventory reconciliation
• 4. Files and organize all warehouse records systematically.
• 5. Support daily warehouse operations.
• 6. Handle date entry for inbound and outbound transactions.
• 7. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all warehouse documentations.
