Job summary

LIM AIK CHAI ELECTRICAL SDN BHD in Kuching is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory control, receiving and dispatching of goods, and ensure accurate records.

You will supervise warehouse staff, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with suppliers to sustain smooth operations; a minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience and a relevant diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Familiar with stock control and warehouse documentation is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for daily tasks.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory for operations.
• Verify quantity and quality of goods received against DOs and invoices.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and system updates upon receiving and dispatching goods.
• Arrange and store products systematically to optimize warehouse space.
• Prepare and maintain goods received notes (GRN) and DO documentation.
• Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, forklift operators, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse staff use PPE and handle equipment responsibly.
• Regular housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verify DOs and invoices against delivered goods and record discrepancies.

• Conduct regular housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
