Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Store Assistant supports daily store operations, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Responsibilities include handling retail sales transactions, replenishing stock on shelves, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and monitoring product displays. The role also involves basic inventory checks, price labeling, and reporting any issues to store management. Store Assistants may help train new team members on store procedures and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
