Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail/cafe assistant to operate the cashier counter, handle opening and closing, and reconcile daily sales. You will explain product features and health benefits, recommend suitable items, and help boost sales.

You will maintain the store and café area, ensure products are well displayed, stocked, and FIFO compliant. You will monitor stock levels, count stock, assist with ordering, and keep inventory records accurate.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
• Strong customer service skills with product knowledge.
• Experience in stock replenishment and FIFO storage.
