You will lead a team in deploying scalable storage solutions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring data protection and compliance across regional operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role with regional coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of storage and data backup technologies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud storage integrations and cloud-based backup solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage tools such as IBM TSM, VTL, DSI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic roadmap for on-premises storage and data backup.
• Oversee deployment, configuration and maintenance of storage systems (SAN/NAS/hybrid).
• Lead a team to design scalable technology solutions and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure robust disaster recovery, data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance, optimize utilisation, and manage budgets and resources.
