Job summary

LC Waikiki in Penang is seeking a Stock Associate to take full responsibility for the stockroom, leading a team and ensuring the timely completion of delivery and stockroom operations within daily store activities.

You will supervise the Stockroom Team to maintain high standards and compliance with company policies, while collaborating with store leadership to align front and back store operations and provide regular performance updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a similar position.
• Able to demonstrate operational agility based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to develop, self-driven and results-oriented.
• The ability to solve problems, organize and plan.
• The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Concluding necessary planning to receive incoming shipments and place products to the sales area within the desired time, informing shop management accordingly.
• Ensure tasks are actioned on time, inventory levels maintained, stock intake is processed and organized, replenishment is occurring regularly.
• Organize all operational transactions related to storage processes in line with procedures and maintaining all receiving paperwork controls.
• Support store team with stock-to-sales processes including receiving of shipment, security tagging, and preparing product for floor placement.
• Provide leadership for the stockroom team, implementing and tracking LC Waikiki standards for the stockroom and inspiring the team to achieve it.
• Work closely with Store Manager and Section Teams to ensure efficient stock management and alignment of front and back of the store.
• Submit regular reports to the store management related to the daily performance of store operations.
