Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in statutory and financial reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and OHADA.
• Strong experience in financial analysis and review of account movements.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Experience in management reporting and KPI preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and drive KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Strategically plan initiatives aligned with goals and KPIs.
• Manage compliant and efficient statutory financial audits.
• Evaluate and improve efficiency of statutory processes.
• Review statutory financial statements and audit packs for compliance.
• Coordinate audit requests with tax, legal, operations and finance.
• Investigate audit issues and resolve with documentation.
• Provide analytical support and variance analysis for S2G Walk.
