Job summary

Ninja Van in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to oversee last-mile logistics and daily hub operations. You will coordinate staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers, ensure on-time deliveries, and collaborate with customer service to fulfill requests.

The role requires at least a diploma or degree and 2 years in logistics or related fields. RM2,500–RM2,800 per month, full-time, based in Johor.

Responsibilities

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.

• Control inventory and protect shipments from loss or damage.

Responsibilities

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
• Any other task instructed by superior

Others:

• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others’ safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

RM2,500 - RM2,800 a month
