Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor in Malaysia. The role focuses on tracking shipments, managing staff and subcontractors, and serving as a hub manager when required.

You will handle COD money and ensure its daily banking, while coordinating with customer service to fulfill requests and maintain smooth daily operations. Applicants should have at least a diploma or higher, 2 years in a related field, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up to delivered
• Manage staff / subcontractors / part-time workers
• Serve as a hub manager when needed
• Handle cash on delivery and bank daily
• Collaborate with customer service to fulfil requests
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth flow
• Control inventory and safeguard shipments from loss or damage
• Adhere to Quality Management System, OH&S and GDPMD requirements
• Prioritise safety for self and team
• Participate in related programmes such as training and induction

Job Responsibilities

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged Parcel.
• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
• Any other task instructed by superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor'sDegree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
