Job summary

DINGTONG PRECISION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on operator to set up and run high-speed stamping presses, ensuring quality and timely production in our Johor facility.

You will monitor press performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate production logs while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Teamwork and independent work capability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic metal stamping principles.
• Experience in operating high speed stamping presses, including knowledge of press controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up stamping presses with tooling, dies, and material feed systems per production specs.
• Operate stamping press, monitor performance, and adjust to maintain quality and production rates.
• Inspect stamped parts for defects and initiate tooling adjustments if needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Maintain production logs and report quality issues to supervisors.

Job description

Setting up stamping presses with appropriate tooling, dies, and material feed systems according to production specifications.

Running the stamping press, monitoring operations, and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production rates.

Inspecting stamped parts for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and identifying issues that may require tooling adjustments.

Following all safety procedures related to operating stamping presses and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Maintaining production logs, documenting quality checks, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic metal stamping principles

Experience in operating high speed stamping presses, including knowledge of press controls.

2 - 5 years of working experience in high speed metal stamping.
