Responsibilities

• Operate stamping presses (32–120 ton) and set up according to instructions.
• Perform tool setups using standard work procedures and machine software.
• Verify tooling status prior to setup and retrieve/return tooling safely.
• Run a minimum of two primary machines concurrently.
• Ensure quality and quantity targets are met for manufactured parts.
• Perform material handling and return unused stock to storage areas.
• Use vernier calipers, micrometers, and shadow graph to inspect components.
• Troubleshoot quality issues methodically and resolve defects.
