Job summary

Sandisk in Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to lead the memory storage test solutions team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive test strategy, optimize yield, and ensure product performance.

You will own test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and deliver clear technical reports. Preferred skills include Python, C++, Linux, and experience with ATE platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with strong semiconductor/testing background.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Strong problem-solving methods (FMEA, DMAIC) and SPC/SYL/SBL.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms and test optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical ownership for product performance in high-volume manufacturing.
• Design and execute efficient test plans, time, yield, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and cost reduction.
• Develop reports and documentation including EFA, test specs, and procedures.
