Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in test development engineering, focusing on module-level testing.
• 7+ years of semiconductor test, device, FA or related field experience.
• Advanced knowledge of test development methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in Python and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• In-depth understanding of the semiconductor/electronics industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• ISTQB Advanced Level certifications preferred.
• Experience with agile development is a plus.
• Development of memory and system test programs to stress and screen dies.
• Data analysis to debug test programs and analyze correlations between process weak spots and test results.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced test strategies for module-level testing.
• Lead a team of test development engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
