Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing or test engineering in high-volume settings.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000, Teradyne J750, and other listed systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction and qualification of new semiconductor products from Product Group development through ramp-up into high-volume manufacturing.
• Provide technical ownership and engineering support for final test operations, including yield monitoring and fault analysis.
• Drive profitability and operational excellence through yield improvement, OEE, retest reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Own product test engineering activities including test program development, debugging, and release management.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and global engineering teams.
• Analyze production and test data to identify opportunities and drive corrective actions.
