Job summary

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Nursing team at SOUTHERN MEDICARE SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. As a Staff Nurse , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Providing direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

Educating patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge plans

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and positive patient experience

Actively participating in continuous learning and professional development activities

What we're looking for

Diploma / Degree in Nursing (fresh graduates are encourage to apply)

Able to work in rotational shifts
