Job summary

Southern Medicare Sdn. Bhd. in Klang, Selangor seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team and ensure delivery of exceptional patient care. This full-time role is based in Klang and essential to the organization's healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing nursing teams.
• Excellent clinical and operational knowledge, with a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of healthcare information systems to drive decision-making.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and continuously improving nursing practices.
