Job summary

Renesas Electronics Malaysia seeks a results-driven engineer to spearhead resolution of complex issues in test manufacturing across OSAT sites. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality, yield, cost, productivity, and manufacturing processes, and ensure goals are met internally and in external OSAT operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Test Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with IC testing systems and equipment (ATE, sockets, DUT boards, probe cards, probers, handlers).
• Strong problem-solving using 8D and Why-Why analysis.
• Good English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI to HVM transitions and line sustaining to prevent Test Operations delays.
• Support HVM operations to meet performance metrics (Yield, UPH, OEE).
• Drive CIP and automation to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Own problem resolution for all Test and Post-Test quality issues.
• Serve as technical representative for supplier and Renesas end-customer audits.
