Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Shah Alam, Malaysia invites applications for a Staff Manufacturing Specialist role. You will provide NPI Test Operations and Engineering support across multiple sites and drive operational excellence through test site readiness, yield improvements, and on-time test transfers.

You will coordinate probe/final test readiness, deploy tester/handler technology, and contribute to capacity expansion to meet production demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering.
• 3+ years in high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with NPI product lifecycle and test development.

Responsibilities

• Provide NPI Test Operations and Engineering support for new product releases.
• Coordinate test site readiness and test transfer from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Deploy tester/handler technology across test sites and support capacity expansions.
