Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
2 to 5 years of related capacity and layout experience.
Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with capacity analysis and capital expenditure planning.
Leadership and strong communication skills to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Own short-term and long-term capacity planning for the factory.
Ensure capacity aligns with forecasted demand and business requirements.
S&OP capacity analysis: Present findings, risks, and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
Create, maintain, and improve capacity models.
Update models to reflect NPI introductions, process changes, cycle time improvements, and equipment additions.
Work closely with the Test Engineering Team.
Provide support for factory layout planning when required.
Optimize equipment placement, space utilization, and manufacturing flow.
