Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Reprocessing, Rework and Repair Standard Owner to define and govern the enterprise framework for reprocessing, rework, and repair across its global manufacturing network.

The role drives standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation to reduce rework and improve output. The candidate will leverage data, analytics, AI-assisted tools, and intelligent workflows to identify risks, accelerate problem solving, and prevent future rework

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, quality, engineering, NPI, yield improvement, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and enterprise process governance.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools, data analytics platforms, or digital solutions to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise standards, methodologies, requirements, and processes for reprocessing, rework, and repair across sites.
• Lead initiatives to reduce reprocessing and improve manufacturing effectiveness.
• Analyze trends to identify root causes and drive corrective actions across functions.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions and dashboards to improve decision making and risk prevention.
