Job summary
Enovix Corporation in Penang is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Lead to anchor battery NPI programs across cell, module and pack levels, ensuring tooling, processes and operations readiness from prototype through MPV, while aligning with quality, EHS and supply chain requirements.
You will bridge R&D and Manufacturing, manage line design and qualification, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive on‑time NPI milestones with data‑driven issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in battery manufacturing (cell/module/pack level).
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management or NPI execution in high‑tech manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience with battery manufacturing processes from electrode to pack assembly.
- Familiarity with EVT/DVT/PVT/MPV/HVM stages and line validation.
Responsibilities
- Own battery NPI execution from prototype builds through MPV, meeting schedule, scope and quality targets.
- Bridge R&D and Manufacturing, translating design intent into scalable processes and mass production.
- Manage factory readiness for NPI builds: tool procurement, installation, layout, and material flow.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality on line design, throughput, headcount, and checks.
- Align R&D, engineering, operations, EHS, quality and supply chain to resolve blockers.
- Lead resolution of customer quality issues using 8D, CAPA, RCCA and PPAP/FAI packages.
