Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an SSC Finance Manager to lead the regional accounting and finance operations within the SSC/GBS framework in Malaysia. This permanent role focuses on streamlining processes and ensuring compliance.

You will oversee the shared services centre’s finance functions across the region, develop efficient financial processes, mentor the team, manage budgets and forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards relevant to SSC/GBS.
• Experience managing regional accounting and finance operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
