Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP in Malaysia is seeking a SR&T Consultant focused on Project Management for Banking. You will work within the Regulatory & Financial Risk practice, advising clients on risk transformation, data and modeling solutions, and driving end-to-end engagements across markets.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management and delivering actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields and 3–5 years’ experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the domestic collections and cross-border payments process.
• Good understanding of cross-border e-commerce operating models and merchant journeys.
• Experience with channels and connectivity, including integration approaches and partner onboarding.
• Good to have an overview of AI, with ability to apply AI/automation to operational and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Experience driving end-to-end engagements from problem identification to solution delivery.
• Driving transformation across markets/countries.
• Strong stakeholder management, liaising with stakeholders across Product, IT, Ops, Business, cross functional teams.
• Managing multi-country rollouts and large-scale engagements.
• Managing project governance including facilitating steering committee meetings.
