Iotronix in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead NPI programs from RFQ to mass production, driving milestones, costs, and quality.
You will coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance, prepare reports, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires 5+ years in PM for EMS/electronics and a Bachelor's in Engineering; PMP is a plus.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from project kick-off through mass production, ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action registers, project status reports, and customer communications.
Identify project risks and drive cross-functional teams to implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
Coordinate resources and monitor project execution to ensure customer requirements, timelines, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.
Oversee delivery planning and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) commitments are met within approved cost parameters.
Coordinate product costing activities, including material, labor, manufacturing overhead, and cost analysis to support business profitability.
Prepare project status reports, KPI dashboards, cost analysis, and management presentations.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure successful project execution.
For Automotive projects, coordinate APQP, PPAP, Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR), product validation, and production readiness activities to ensure compliance with customer and IATF 16949 requirements.
Drive project milestones, customer deliverables, and launch readiness while ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable automotive quality standards.
Support customer audits, project reviews, and management reviews as required.
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing) or equivalent.
PMP certification is an advantage.
APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 or Automotive Core Tools training is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, NPI, or Product Development within an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting Automotive customers or Automotive electronic products is preferred.
Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) from RFQ through mass production.
Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
Experience in customer-facing project management is preferred.
Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and Automotive Core Tools.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management system.
Understanding of PCB Assembly (PCBA), Box Build, and EMS manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of BOM management, Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR), and manufacturing costing.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
