Job summary

TDCX in Singapore-headquartered global BPO company exploring the future of product-led growth is seeking a Squad Leader for digital products. You will own end-to-end product delivery and align with the Product Team Lead on strategy and roadmap.

Lead your squad through the full lifecycle, define features, write user stories, and coordinate dependencies while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders. Embrace AI tools to enhance productivity and product thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple product streams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Jira and Figma.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design.
• Comfortable using AI tools and leveraging AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance product thinking.

Responsibilities

• You will act as a Squad Leader owning specific digital products end-to-end and working closely with the Product Team Lead to align on strategy, priorities, and delivery.
• You'll drive your squad to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for assigned products (requirements, design, delivery, and iteration)
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation
• Work closely with the Product Team Lead to contribute to roadmap planning, cross-product initiatives, and coordinating dependencies
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Product Team Lead to ensure strategic alignment at all times
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations
• Represent your products in reviews, demos, and reporting
• Lead your squad with clarity and purpose (setting direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring alignment across delivery)
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning
• Ensure all documentation and releases comply with internal best practices and quality governance standards
