Job summary

Comsip, a VINCI Energies Oil & Gas subsidiary, seeks an SPS Mechanical Completion & Quality Control Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur for 1 year to 4 years. You will ensure readiness, conformity and successful handover of SPS equipment, coordinating inspections and QA processes across multiple teams in a high‑stakes oil & gas environment.

Ideal candidates have engineering training with 5–10 years SPS experience, strong attention to detail, and proven teamwork.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Engineer or equivalent with experience in SPS equipment.
• Professional experience: 5 to 10 years.
• Rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and clear communication.
• Team player with ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections services via IQ-ALL and review inspection reports.
• Perform QC inspections at contractors' or vendors' locations.
• Expedite components on the critical path.
• Follow and coordinate delivery and handover of SPS equipment.
• Coordinate release documentation and handover to Company or other Contractors.
• Support quality assurance activities, audits and NCR/RCA workflows.
• Contribute to contract close-out and project procedures.
