Job summary

Comsip in Malaysia (a VINCI Energies Oil & Gas subsidiary) is seeking an experienced SPS Mechanical Completion & Quality Control Coordinator to ensure readiness, conformity, and successful handover of SPS equipment. You will coordinate inspections, support QA processes, and work to meet project specifications, schedule, cost and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in SPS equipment and related QA/QC activities.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections and QA activities for SPS equipment handover.
• Support readiness and conformity to project specifications, schedule, cost and HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with SPS Quality Lead and other stakeholders to review inspection reports and release documentation.
• Expedite critical path components and manage handovers to Company or Contractors.
• Coordinate with logistics for equipment delivery and handover packages.
