MPH CONSULTING SERVICES JLT is seeking an SPS Mechanical Completion Quality Control Coordinator for a client project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role will coordinate with the SPS Quality Lead on quality assurance controls, equipment delivery, handover activities, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the SPS Quality Lead on QA controls and equipment delivery/handover.
• Keep SPS Quality Lead and stakeholders informed on activity status.
• Advise Project Leads on actions and decisions.
• Coordinate inspections via IQ-ALL and review inspection reports.
• Perform QC inspections at contractor or vendor locations.
• Expedite components on the critical path.
• Support QA activities including audits, vendor approvals, NCRs, RCA, LLs, and close-out.

Job description

We are looking for SPS Mechanical Completion Quality Control Coordinator Services for one of our clients with the following details

Location Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Possible travel France Norway China England UK Work Scheme Residential Planned Start Date TBC Duration 12 months renewable

Activities

• To work in close coordination with SPS Quality Lead for SPS quality assurance controls activities and equipment delivery and handover coordination activities
• To keep the SPS Quality Lead and all relevant parties informed regarding ongoing activities status
• To advise the Project Leads on relevant actions decisions
• To coordinate inspections services via IQ-ALL and to review inspection reports provided
• To perform some of the QC inspections at Contractors or vendors locations
• To perform expediting of components on critical path
• To follow monitor and coordinate the internal and external delivery and handover of SPS equipment under the Quality Lead supervision
• To support PBF SPS Quality Lead in the Project quality assurance activities Including Audits Vendors Approval Quality actions follow-up NCR TQ RCA LL registers etc
• To participate to the close-out of Contract s with respect to Project procedures
• To work by anticipation With promotion and compliance to COMPANY values to establish and manage his her activities motivating his her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects
• To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities
• To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project
• To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives

Qualification and Experience Required

• Engineer or equivalent with experience in SPS equipment
• Professional Experience (number of years): 5 to 10 years
• Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
• Rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
