Job summary

Anotech is seeking a SPS Mechanical Completion & Quality Control Coordinator in Malaysia to oversee readiness, conformity, and handover of SPS equipment.

The role involves coordinating inspection activities, QA processes, and HSE compliance to ensure project specifications and schedules are met. You will work with the SPS Quality Lead, review inspection reports, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineer or equivalent with experience in SPS equipment.
• 5–10 years in mechanical completion, quality control, and inspection coordination (oil & gas preferred).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection services via IQ-ALL and review inspection reports.
• Perform QC inspections at contractors' or vendors' locations and expedite critical path components.
• Monitor readiness of SPS equipment from manufacturing facilities and coordinate release for shipment per contract.
• Assist the SPS Quality Lead in audits, NCR/TQ/RCA/LL registers and contract close-out activities.
• Comply with Project HSE Site Instructions and promote safe working practices.
