Job summary

adidas Malaysia is seeking a Retail Associate to join our Mitsui location in Sepang, Selangor. This is a full-time role on a 3-month contract, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales on the shop floor.

You’ll greet customers, offer product knowledge on adidas footwear, apparel and accessories, process transactions, maintain store standards, and contribute to hitting store targets.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge on adidas footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs with styling advice.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
