Job summary

adidas Malaysia is seeking a Retail Associate at our Mitsui location in Sepang, Selangor. This is a full-time role offered on a 3-month contract, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards on the shop floor.

You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, process transactions, and assist with merchandising to meet store targets while upholding adidas brand guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge for adidas footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Assist customers in finding products, offer styling advice and recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment through stock rotation and merchandising.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding high customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in store promotions and marketing initiatives.
