Job summary

RWS is seeking Speech AI Evaluation Specialists to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified. This freelance, remote, part-time role offers flexible hours totaling 10+ per week and an immediate start.

You will engage in short voice interactions with AI models, follow prompts, and rate outputs for quality and accuracy. Ideal candidates are native in Chinese Simplified with fluent to advanced English (B2–C2) and have some experience with AI/data tasks such as labeling,

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
• English proficiency at B2-C2.
• Experience in machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation/ labeling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
