Job summary

RWS seeks Speech AI Evaluation Specialists to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified. This freelance, remote position is part-time (10+ hours per week) with immediate start and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
• English proficiency at level B2–C2.
• Experience with ML tasks, data collection and preprocessing, evaluation/QA, and data labeling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback per project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
