Job summary

RWS is seeking Speech AI Evaluation Specialists to help improve AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified. The freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and starts immediately for those living in Malaysia or elsewhere.

You will engage in short voice interactions with AI models, follow predefined prompts, and evaluate responses for relevance, accuracy, and quality. This position is part-time (10+ hours/week) with regular, timely payments.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
• English proficiency fluent or advanced (B2-C2).
• Experience in AI data tasks such as data collection, labeling, evaluation, or QA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models on a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback per project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within quality and productivity expectations.
