Job summary

RWS seeks AI Data Specialists for flexible, remote work in Malaysia. The role focuses on data collection, evaluation, annotation, and object tagging across audio, video and image content to support AI model improvement. Ideal candidates are native Chinese speakers (Traditional and Simplified) with fluent English (B2–C2) and some AI/data experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified).

• Experience in AI/data tasks such as data collection, preprocessing, evaluation, or labeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, evaluation and annotation across various content types (audio, video, images, etc.).
• Perform pairwise comparisons and counting tasks as part of dataset creation.
• Tag and label objects across content types to support AI model training and safety.
