Job summary

BIB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager for Specialty/Professional Risks to oversee client renewals, analyze needs, and handle claims effectively.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the insurance industry, 5–7 years in Specialty/Professional Risks, can travel for outstations, and work well in a team.

Candidates should possess a relevant degree or professional qualification and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English to service diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or any relevant insurance qualification.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• More than 10 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
• 5-7 years in handling Specialty/Professional Risks insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handling portfolio of clients with insurance renewals and claims.
• Able to meet clients independently and can travel outstation
• Analysis and identify insurance needs and provide solutions to clients
• Claims Management
• Resourceful with clientele and able to develop a new business portfolio
• Able to work as a teammate
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
