Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations or industrial direction, with a focus on Specialty Gases.
• Deep understanding of industrial gas processes in manufacturing and logistics.
• Proficient with modern operating models, digital tools and data-driven decision making.
• Energy management knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven track record in transformation programs and change management.
• Strong leadership with ability to present a clear strategic vision.
• Customer-centric approach aligned with market needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive cluster industrial performance and enforce PMS governance and reporting standards.
• Lead end-to-end industrial projects from selection to execution.
• Collaborate with procurement and global teams to optimize landed cost and reliability.
• Deploy SG standards, programs and the cluster digital roadmap as Business Process Owner.
• Mentor teams, transfer knowledge, and implement technical standards with stakeholders.
