Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Specialist, Shared Service FA to oversee the full cycle of fixed assets and capitalization, project setup, asset creation, disposals, and month-end close.

You will work with SAP, prepare reconciliations, support audits, and drive continuous improvements with the Global Fixed Asset team and Finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of progressive experience.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems based on SAP knowledge and collaboration with internal/external partners.
• Willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks in support of the Global Fixed Asset team and Finance department.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor new Capex Projects and maintain fixed asset management.
• Prepare month-end close reconciliations and related sub‑reports.
• Research items and make adjusting journal entries as needed; download SAP reports for audit workpapers.
• Provide support for internal and external audits and serve as SAP super user.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and partner with stakeholders to improve processes.
