Job summary

Swap Asia Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM Functional Specialist to own end-to-end warehouse management processes across multiple countries and entities. You will optimize and support inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and inventory controls within SAP EWM/WM.

The role covers configuration, integration with SD/MM, and support for RF devices and warehouse automation, driving enhancements and go-live support. A full EWM implementation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of SAP experience, including 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM/WM experience.
• At least one full SAP EWM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded EWM, Fiori, SAP GUI and RF processes.
• Strong EWM configuration and SD/MM integration experience.
• Experience with high-volume warehouse operations; exposure to AutoStore/ASRS or warehouse automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide user training, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement, system performance and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded EWM, Fiori, SAP GUI and RF processes.

Strong EWM configuration and SD/MM integration experience.

Experience with high-volume warehouse operations; exposure to AutoStore/ASRS or warehouse automation is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions and work closely with warehouse operations.
