Genpact is seeking a Specialist - S&P with a focus on Procurement Ops to coordinate end-to-end procurement activities in Malaysia. The role involves sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation to drive efficiency and compliance.

You will monitor procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align activities with strategic priorities. Responsibilities include supplier evaluations, policy development, and leveraging digital tools

• Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service quality.
• Develop, update, and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Support initiatives to optimize procurement processes, leveraging digital tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Job Description Responsibilities
